STATEMENT OF GOVERNANCE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Governance<\/em> refers to activities of the governing Board of Trustees<\/a> (BOT) of the Pine Mountain Settlement School. Governance is that act of framing laws, policies, and missions for the Administration <\/em>of the institution. <\/em> Administration<\/em> is concerned with the implementation of the products of Governance <\/em>and is centered on the duties of the Executive Director of Pine Mountain Settlement School. Management is a coordination of activities to achieve goals and objectives undertaken by Administration. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Governance <\/em>establishes the mission and the strategic plan with the Administration<\/em> which then sets the goals and objectives. Governance<\/em> (BOT) ensures that all the processes of Administration<\/em> and Management<\/em> are compliant.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Governance Documents of Pine Mountain Settlement School span the 100+-year history of the institution.
