All elementary students were transported to Green Hills…<\/span><\/p>\n Page 2, 1971-72<\/span><\/p>\n …School after January 25, 1972.<\/span><\/p>\n Library books were sorted; those considered useful for the new program (more than 1000) were to be kept at PMSS. More than 2000 books were designated for the new school at Green Hills.<\/span><\/p>\n Some environmental education activities were conducted with the school’s students.<\/span><\/p>\n Roof fire at Old Log<\/a>, October 1971.<\/span><\/p>\n After January, when the elementary students were transferred to Green Hills School, the Environmental Education<\/a> program was launched with a few groups which came to Pine Mountain.<\/span><\/p>\n The Environmental Education staff developed campus trails and class curricula.<\/span><\/p>\n Miss Kate Ireland and Dr. Alice Cobb<\/a> were elected to the Board of Trustees.<\/span><\/p>\n
