The Alliance for Guidance of Rural Youth has been invited to help plan and organize a Guidance Institute to help achieve these ends.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cEarly in June, Mrs. Amber Warburton visited Harlan County and talk with the school people and members of the planning committee\u201d<\/em> to set up goals, a program, general sessions, and discussion groups. Invitations would be extended to representative youth from each school area, 425 County teachers, parents, and the general public. Specific problems include: (1) Developing methods to determine and to meet individual student\u2019s needs; (2) \u201cProviding a comprehensive school and community health and nutrition program. (3) Dealing with juvenile delinquency; and (40 Organizing a vocational guidance program.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSpecialists from Federal, Regional, State, and Local agencies and organizations have been invited as consultants. \u2026 Leaders in each school area are requested to [call] community meetings in advance\u2026 to (1) select delegates\u2026 (2) appoint Committee Chairmen\u201d <\/em>and Members for follow-up work.
